  • Sending us a message on our official Facebook page.

  • Contacting us via WhatsApp.

  • Calling our customer support (if available).

Please provide the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Complete Delivery Address

  • Product Name or Code

  • Size (if applicable)

  • Color (if applicable)

  • Quantity

3. Order Confirmation

After receiving your order:

  • Our team will review your order details.

  • We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify your order.

  • Your order will be confirmed only after successful verification.

JHR Trendy BD reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or contain incorrect information.

4. Payment

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible areas.

  • Online payment through approved payment methods (where available).

For certain products or locations, advance payment may be required before shipment.

5. Order Processing

6. Shipping & Delivery

After dispatch:

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Receiving Your Order

  • Check the outer packaging for any visible damage before accepting the parcel.

  • Follow the courier company's policy regarding parcel opening.

8. Order Changes or Cancellation

  • Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
